- Four years focused on leading a local and global missions department that served ten partner organizations, managed $400k/yr, and mobilized our 2500 church members for missional living.
- Nine years focused on planting a Third Coast Church in the community of Saugatuck, MI, that has grown to 200 and acquired a permanent facility that houses the church ministry and three side businesses.
- On the Leadership Team for the Fearless Family of Churches.

Beechpoint Christian Camp, Allegan, MI. 2000 – 2012
- Served in many roles for this organization for over 12 years, ending as Program Director.
- Developed and implemented recreational programming with a multi-ethnic staff team.
- Hired, trained, and managed seasonal staff (40+), resulting in effective ministry to children from under-resourced urban & rural communities.
- Currently serve on Beechpoint’s Board of Directors

We are an interracial family that has grown through adoption. We enjoy camping, hiking, outdoor recreation, movies, and board games. We are active in our community and passionate about making the world a clearer reflection of God’s original intention for creation. We are excited to discover God’s calling for our next season.
